WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you receive the wrong product or a damaged product, here are the steps to follow for a return:

  • Take a picture of the product. 
  • Write a message detailing why you want to return the product.
  • Send us the pictures and message to contact@smartwatchstoreus.com providing your name, phone number and order number.

Within 2 business days, your request will be verified and you’ll get a full refund on your product. No need to ship back the product.

 

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES? 

You can see the shipping time on the product page, as it can vary depending on the flow of orders, but it is usually between 7 and 14 business days. 

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking number or contact us at contact@smartwatchstoreus.com.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after purchase. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once the tracking number is available.

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER OR ADDRESS AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?

Unfortunately, it is difficult to change your order or the shipping address once it has been placed. We aim to deliver the best products and services for you, so our warehouse is processing orders within a few hours of receiving them. If a change is absolutely necessary please contact us within 5 hours after checkout and we will do our best to help out.
